Sort column in view panel along with Filter By Category Name

Hi,
 
Recently, I was trying to implement Sort Column in one of my view panels on an xpage which already has Filter By Category Name. I observed that I cannot have both the things at the same time. Am I correct or am I doing some mistake?
 
Is there any other workaround to get it implemented?
